Atlantis Toy and Hobby produced flying saucer kits in its early years. The E.V.E. Saucer, TR-3E Triangular UFO and Glow-Pilot UFO became instant hits. Atlantis eventually revived the Wildlife Series model line previously launched by Aurora. With the intent of marketing to a new generation of enthusiasts, the experts at Atlantis would create American Bison, Black Bear and Cubs kits using steel tooling methods.

For a period, Atlantis focused on reissuing licensed models brought to life by Revell-Monogram and Aurora. This collection included models of Zorro, Blackbeard the Pirate and dinosaurs in 2012. Atlantis built a relationship with the Smer Model Company to produce battery-operated ships like the Titanic back in 2013. This creation led to Atlantis making other designs, like the Aurora Viking Ship.

Atlantis started making reissues of flying saucers and UFO kits from their early history by 2015. These kits included original-style box art for something special that enthusiasts could cherish. The team at Atlantis began a new chapter after purchasing the tooling molds from the latest owners of Revell. Some molds were designed in the 1950s, which means Atlantis now has permission to create automotive, aircraft, military and space exploration models seen in U.S. markets previously.

Atlantis aims to reissue famous models for enthusiasts of all ages to enjoy.
