Not received December 23, 2013
Reviewer: Tracey Priester from Warwick, NY United States
This item was not included with my order.  There was no explanation as to why and when I tried to call and inquire about it because it is a Christmas present, I received the same message the entire day which was we are too busy to answer leave a message and done one will return your call.  I tried the entire day on Friday really I don't think you were answering calls at all.  Terrible customer service! I should've been advised upon ordering that there wasn't enough stock for my purchase allowing me to change my mind.  I'm a very dissatisfied customer as auto world had no problem charging me for the item I did not receive.
