Description

This blast from the past presents the crazy figure of the Mad Maestro as he conducts his imaginary orchestra. The unexpectedly fun kit is definitely “of its time” offering motorized “dance” action. The kit was originally issued in 1965, but never re-released until now. The tooling is as “fresh” as the subject matter. Fuzzy hair and optional decals offer great opportunities to customize this lunatic.

KIT FEATURES:
• FIRST ISSUED IN 1965 – NEVER REISSUED!
• VERY RARE KIT REACHES BIG DOLLARS IN COLLECTOR MARKET
• MOTORIZED FOR “DANCE” ACTION
• REQUIRES ONE D-CELL BATTERY
• VINTAGE PACKAGING
• “REAL” FURRY HAIR

l have started this, looks like a fun kit, l did not realize it had a motor, & would be animated, if you choose to build it that way

Lindberg Mad Maestro 1/8 scale model kit June 12, 2016
Reviewer: craig hymer from coos bay, OR United States
Kit was received quickly and no damage.
After a brief inspection of the contents it looks as if there may be some seam filing required. Instructions seem to be simple.
I am thinking of a different paint scheme and hair option.  The "hair" material is less than I thought it was.
Will send pics when completed.  Promise.
